• - Check Out Time 11.00 am.
• - Photo Identity must be presented at the time of Check-in for Security Reasons (By Order of Kolkata Police).
• - To avoid accident don’t use duplicate mobile chargers.
• - Washing clothes is not allowed inside the Room.
• - Lights and Air Conditioning must be switched off at the time of leaving the room.
• - The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest’s belongings either in cash or in kind.
• - Visitors of the guests are not allowed to stay inside the room after 11:30 PM.
• - Pets are not permitted.
• - Air Conditioners and Geyser will not be working during power failure or electrical fault by CESC.
• - Outside food products are prohibited. Dining facility available on ground floor.
• - Guest must inform the Front Desk atleast 2 Hours prior to their Check-out.
• - All bills pertaining to the stay & food bills must be settled before Check-out other than BTC (approved by Hotel).
• - The Management will charge the guest for any damage done to the hotel property for amenities etc during their stay as per market price.
